Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to fix the time scale of pay from 09.02.2007 in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.35, School Education Department, dated 09.02.2007, based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2021 by reinstating the petitioner.

Mr.P.Raja, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner was working as part time Vocational Instructor. She preferred the present writ petition for direction to the respondents to fix the time scale of pay from 09.02.2007 in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.35, School Education Department, dated 09.02.2007, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 01.03.2021 by reinstating the petitioner.

3. Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the limited prayer, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.03.2021, in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.35, School Education Department, dated 09.02.2007 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
