Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available on record.

2. This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff in O.S.No.14 of 2019, pending on the file of the District Munsif, Sathyamangalam, seeking for a direction to the learned Judge to expedite trial and dispose of the same.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed a suit seeking declaration of easementary rights and permanent injunction against the respondent/wife. All the defendants have filed their written statement, pleadings were completed, in-spite of it, the trial could not be proceed. The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a copy of the case status. The petitioner herein is a senior citizen aged about 74 years.

Considering the facts and circumstance, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned District Munsif, Sathyamangalam to dispose of the O.S.No.14 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, preferably not later than ten months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. 18.04.2023 jai To The learned District Munsif, Sathyamangalam.
