The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 506(i) IPC read with Section 67 of IT Act in crime No.533 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that this petition has been filed during the lock-down period and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner did not take any steps to list this matter before this Court for the past two years. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered after the period of two years.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
