2. When this Civil Revision Petition was listed before this Court on October 25, 2025, this Court observed as follows: 1/4

"No representation for the petitioner. The revision petitioner herein is the defendant in the Trial Court. The revision petitioner filed a petition under Order VII Rule 11 (d) of the Code of Civil Procedure, seeking rejection of the plaint. The said petition was dismissed. Feeling aggrieved, the revision petitioner preferred this Civil Revision petition. 2.The e-Court status reveals that the Original Suit in O.S.No.893 of 2022, on the file of the XXVI Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai is posted for argument on 28.10.2025. 3.Considering the stage of the case in the Trial Court, this Court is inclined to adjourned the case to adjourned the case to 07.11.2025.

4.List the matter on 07.11.2025."

3.This Court has perused the case file. The Defendant therein filed a petition under Order VII Rule 11(d) of CPC to reject the plaint, the said petition was numbered as I.A.No.1 of 2022. The learned Trial Judge dismissed the said petition by an Order dated February 9, 2023. Feeling aggrieved by the Dismissal Order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2022 dated February 9, 2023, the defendant therein has preferred this Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

It is seen from the E-Court records that O.S.No.893 of 2022, on the file of the trial Court, is posted for Judgment on 19.11.2025. 5.In view of the stage of the Original Suit, the present Civil Revision Petition is closed. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
