CRIME NO.6/AC/2002 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.MP.NO.13082 of 2016 in C.A.No.803 of 2016 dated 07.12.2016.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SHANMUGAVELAYUTHAM SENIOR COUNSEL FOR M/S. T.VIJAYARAGHAVAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOVINDARAJ ADDL.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No13082 of 2016 in Criminal Appeal No.803 of 2016, dated 07.12.2016.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that since 01.01.2017 the petitioner has regularly been reporting before the trial Court on the first working day of every month and he has no objection to modify the condition imposed by this Court on 07.12.2016.
3. In view of the above submission, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed by this Court on 07.12.2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court viz., learned Special Judge(Special Court for trial of cases under Prevention of Corruption Act), Salem, on the first working day of every quarterly month viz., (November, January, April, July, October) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
