The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking a for a direction to the 3rd respondent to publish the fees structure including the tuition fees and the "Seat Matrix" for all the post graduate courses in the Deemed Universities in the state of Tamil Nadu before the date of counselling which is scheduled from 18.05.2017 to 20.05.2017. as directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing of the writ petition, fees structure has been published and petitioner has paid it.

3. In such a view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication, at this stage and the writ petition is dismissed. If petitioner has any other grievance, this writ petition will not stand in the way to approach this Court, since, it would create a fresh cause of action. No costs. 25.05.2017 ars/dsa
