ORDER
[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] This contempt petition has been filed inter alia alleging that the order passed in W.P.No.35994 of 2015 dated 18.03.2016 has not been complied with by the respondents.
2. Even a perusal of the typed set of papers would go to show that action was indeed taken by the 2nd respondent. As against the same, the aggrieved party already filed an appeal in which an order was passed by the Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department, dated 06.09.2017. Thus, we are satisfied with the compliance of the order. If the petitioner has got any grievance over the order dated 06.09.2017, he can very well workout his remedy in the manner known to law, if so
advised. This Contempt Petition is closed accordingly as no further adjudication is necessary.
