This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the dismissal order dated 1/3

02.04.2018 made in I.A.No.1 of 2017 in A.R.C.No.40 of 2014 delivered by RPAD on 12.04.2018 made by the sole Arbitrator Mr.Poovalingam and to set aside the same and allow the I.A.No.1 of 2017 as prayed for.

2. When the matter was listed on 30.04.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 03.06.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 14.06.2021 the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
