Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus after calling for the records bearing Ref.Na.Ka.440/2002 dated 05.10.2007 filed and marked as Ex.'A' and Ref RC.440/2002, dated 26.10.2007 filed and marked as Ex.'B' issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent 1 to 3 not to take any further steps in respect of the petitioner land situated in Survey No.230/2014 in Siruseri, Sriperumbudur, Kanchipuram district and award costs.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
