The petitioner seeks bail in Crime No.26 of 2020 registered by the respondent Police for the offence under Sections 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 472, 471 r/w 34 of IPC.

2.It is stated by the respondent that after the investigation, the final report has been filed before the Special Court for CCB offences and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.635 of 2023, in which, the name of the petitioner was not found place in the final report and the petitioner is not an accused in this case.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
