This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 25.02.2025, wherein the petitioners are seeking for issuance of patta in their name with respect to the subject property. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 5 and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the 6th respondent. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the petitioners to submit an online application to the 4th respondent along with all the necessary particulars and documents. On receipt of the same, 2/4

the 4th respondent shall take a decision within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of the online application from the petitioners. 4.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
