ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.11.2020, at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 366, 342, 506(i) of IPC read with 5 (m), 6 0f POCSO Act 2012, in Crime No. 14 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation completed and the trial has commenced, wherein the prime witnesses are yet to be examined.

3. In the light of the above fact, this Court is of the view that grant of bail to the petitioner will tamper the witness and derail the trial proceedings.
