ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by one Balakrishnan, a case has been registered in Crime No.72 of 2018 for the offences under Section 420 and 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC against the petitioner and the petitioner was called for by the police only for the purpose of enquiry.

3. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out against the petitioner, it is open to the respondent police to take necessary action and include the petitioner as accused in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
