ORDER

This court while entertaining the writ petition, has passed an interim order in MP.No.1/2015 dated 18.08.2015 and alleging the violation of the same, the present contempt petition is filed.

2.Learned counsel for petitioner is absent. Mr.I.Arokiasamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents would submit that the writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn on 24.08.2016 and also produce the xerox copy of the certified copy of the order. The same is taken on file and recorded.
