This petition is filed to condone the delay of 278 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor (NCB) appearing for the respondent.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 278 days in filing the Criminal Revision is condoned and the petition is ordered.
