The learned Advocate Commissioner is present.

2. The learned Advocate Commissioner has spent more than 14 days in Bangalore for executing the warrant and has requested for an additional remuneration of Rs.2,50,000/- over and above Rs.50,000/- that was ordered on the previous occasion in the absence of the learned Advocate Commissioner and in the absence of the Report. Today, the learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a detailed report dated 31.10.2023. Same is taken on record.

3. Considering the fact that the learned Advocate Commissioner has stayed and visited the Bangalore in connection with execution of work for four times and spent 14 days in Bangalore for executing the warrant, Court is of the view that the learned Advocate Commissioner deserves further additional remuneration over and above initial remuneration that was ordered to be paid and a additional remuneration of Rs.50,000/- ordered to be paid 1/3

vide order dated 17.10.2023.

4. Considering the overall facts and circumstances, Court is inclined to order additional remuneration for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- inclusive of the amount that was ordered to be paid vide order dated 17.10.2023 to the learned Advocate Commissioner. The applicant shall ensure the entire amount of Rs.2,00,000/- is paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner within a period of two weeks from today.
