ORDER
(1)The above application is filed by learned AG&OT seeking permission to pay a sum of Rs.1,15,000/- to Mr.M.Chandrasekar of Sri Dharshan Sai Sarvan
Constructions, No.91, Anna Pillai Street, Sowcarpet, Chennai 600 001 from the estate of Mamandoor Munusamy Achari Trust towards the cost of demolition of the dilapidated building situate at No.28, Paramasivam Chetty Street, Chennai 600 003.
(2)As per the report of the learned AG&OT, it is seen that as per the direction of this Court vide order dated 03.10.2024 to demolish the building, the building situate at No.28, Paramasivam Chetty Street, Chennai 600 003, had been demolished at a cost of Rs.1,15,000/-. The person who has been engaged for this purpose, has raised a bill for the said sum as per the report of the learned AG&OT.
(3)This Court is convinced with the genuineness of the bill raised by Mr.M.Chandrasekar, the person engaged by learned AG&OT. After deducting a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards removal of wooden materials from the site, the Contractor has raised a bill for a sum of Rs.1,15,000/-. (4)Considering the report and the facts narrated in the application, this application is ordered and the learned AG&OT is permitted to pay a sum of Rs.1,15,000/- [Rupees One Lakh Fifteen Thousand only] to
Mr.M.Chandrasekar of Sri Dharshan Sai Sarvan Constructions, No.91, Anna Pillai Street, Sowcarpet, Chennai 600 001 from the estate of Mamandoor Munusamy Achari Trust towards the cost of demolition of the dilapidated building.
