O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 10.10.2017, wherein and whereby, the petitioner sought for waiver of interest on the jewel loan obtained by him.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent Bank, based on instructions, submitted that the subject matter jewels were already sold in auction by the Bank and therefore, the very relief sought for in the representation does not survives.

3. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent Bank to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the respondent Bank to consider his representation dated 10.10.2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
