4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the prayer sought for in these writ petitions have become infructuous and nothing survives in these petitions for further adjudication.
6. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
