The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to take action to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2018 submitted with regard to survey/ measure the petitioner's punja land of an extent of Hectares 0.11.05 (Acre.28 cents) in Patta No.57, comprised in S.No.70/3A situated at Pudupakam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and demarcate the same by meets and boundaries. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard both sides.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation is still pending and not disposed of by the respondent so far.

5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and decide the same. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the 1st & 2nd respondents to dispose of the representation dated 06.04.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned. Such exercise shall be done by the 1st and 2nd respondents within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
