This petition has been filed to extend the time to furnish sureties imposed in Crl.O.P.No.30690 of 2022 dated 05.12.2022. 2.

The anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner on 05.12.2022 for the alleged offences under Section 294(b), 324 & 506(ii) of IPC. The anticipatory bail was granted on specific condition that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Crime No.508 of 2022 within a period of fifteen days and the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the said amount on proper identification and acknowledgment. Further he should execute bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of likesum. He was also directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., for a period of two weeks and thereafter appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required. On breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the anticipatory bail will stand cancelled and he will be liable to be prosecuted as per the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in P.K.Shaji Vs. State of Kerala reported in (2005) AIR SCW 5560 and a fresh FIR will be filed under Section 229-A of IPC.

While so, the present petition has been filed for extension of time to comply the conditions.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that two more cases are against the petitioner and he is not co-operating with the investigation after getting anticipatory bail. 5.

Consideration the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) the time for compliance is extended till 11.04.2023, failing which the respondent police is at liberty to secure the petitioner. 03.04.2023 Note :- Issue order copy on or before 03.04.2023 rts
