This contempt petition has been filed, alleging violation of the order dated 20.09.2017 passed by this court in W.P.No.12335 of 2013, as clarified by an order dated 19.06.2019 passed by this court in W.A.No.1019 of 2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.M.Murali, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, placed before this court a copy of G.O (Ms) No.491, Revenue and Disaster Management [Ser 8(2)] Department, dated 13.11.2024, purported to be an order passed in compliance with the order passed by this court referred to above.
