S.A.No.1127 of 2006 S.A.No.1127 of 2006 Krishnan Ramasamy,J., This matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of Mr.K.K.Udayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, who appeared through video conferencing.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that this Court vide Judgement dated 26.09.2023 dismissed the Appeal as withdrawn, however in the said order, the appearance of the counsel for respondent has been wrongly mentioned as 'No appearance'. Hence, the learned counsel prayed that his appearance may be recorded in the said order.

3. In view of the above, Registry is directed to mention the name of the respondent-Counsel as Mr.K.K.Udayakumar, in the order dated 26.09.2023 made in S.A.(MD) No.1127 of 2006 and issue fresh copy of the judgment.
