ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to remove the lien marked over the petitioner's account in Current Account No.510909010379668.

Though notice was served on respondents 4 to 6 and their names have been printed in the cause list, no one on behalf of respondents 4 to 6 appeared before this Court today either by party or through pleader.

The petitioner is doing business of clothing and is holding a current account with the fifth respondent in Current Account No.510909010379668. On the instruction of the investigation agency of Telangana i.e. respondents 1 to 4, the fifth respondent marked lien over the petitioner's current account to the tune of Rs.2,59,587/-. According to the petitioner, only a sum of Rs.259/- is the disputed amount, which had been deposited into the petitioner's current account, that too as third layer account.

In view of the above, the fifth respondent is directed to consider the request made by the petitioner to defreeze his current account and to permit him to operate the same, if no other request made from respondents 1 to 4, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
