ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conduct further investigation and include all the necessary offences in Crime No. 180 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police. 1/3

The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.95 of 2023. Therefore, no further investigation can be conducted. If at all any other offences to be included in the final report or any other accused to be included, the petitioner can very well invoke the provision under Section 216 and 319 of Cr.P.C before the Trial Court during the trial.
3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
