This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying praying to direct the respondent to register the F.I.R on the complaint dated 09.12.2014.
2. Heard Mr.G.Mutharasu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. On a reading of the complaint, the same is bereft of minimum particulars and further the complaint has also been sent by post to the superior officials. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint giving the full particulars and dates in the complaint itself together with supporting documents in person to the 2nd respondent police who shall receive the same and take action in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
