The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 13.08.2013 passed in M.P. No. 2/2013 in W.P. No. 22112 of 2013.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 13.08.2013 has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the

proceedings in Ref.No. 1782/E4/08 dated 23.01.2016 to that effect.

Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a sum of Rs.5,790/- is yet to be refunded to the petitioner for which, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the said amount would be refunded within a period of two weeks.

Recording the above, the contempt petition stands closed.
