Vs.

Mrs. Ranjani

...Respondent

Prayer:

Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India against the order dated 08.11.2017 passed in I.A. No.113 of 2017 in HMOP No.236 of 2015 by the Subordinate Judge at Ponneri, Tiruvallur District.

For Petitioner : Mr.B. Gandhi

ORDER

Challenging the interim Maintenance passed by the court below in favour of the wife and children, the husband has preferred this Civil Revision Petition.

2. On a perusal of the materials placed on record, particularly, the reasons given by the court below, it is seen that taking into consideration the relevant factors and finding that the petitioner, being the husband, is bound to maintain his wife and children as per law and the petitioner cannot be allowed to go scot-free without providing maintenance to his wife and children and on that basis, it is seen that considering the status of the parties, the financial condition of the petitioner's husband as well as the wife and children, the court below has deemed it fit in ordering maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month in favour of the wife and children. In such view of the matter, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order of the court below.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS IX) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar bga https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
