ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 20.07.2020 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 342, 302, 201 of IPC r/w 120B r/w 149 of IPC, in Crime No.420 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the third bail application filed before this Court. It is the case of jumped bail. The petitioner, who is an accused in PRC.No.2 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai, did not appear before the Court and thereby, Non Bailable Warrant had been issued on 06.09.2019, pursuant to which, the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.07.2020.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has been in jail from 20.07.2020. He would submit that without any summons being issued to him, the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody. He further submits that earlier two applications were dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.17627 of 2020 and 1325 of 2021. Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that earlier two applications were dismissed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Court and presently, there are five previous case pending as against the petitioner and he is a history sheeter. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there are five previous cases pending as against the petitioner and earlier two application were dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
