Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent/ Central Information Commission to pass separate order for each and every complaint and appeal after hearing the petitioner's forty seven complaints and six appeals in the presence of the Central Public Information Officer, Madras High Court in accordance with the provisions of Right to Information Act, 2005 and subsequently pass order to the second respondent/ Secretary, CIC to grant and pay a sum of Rupees Two Crores to the petitioner as compensation for subjecting the petitioner to mental sufferings, humiliation and for gross violation of the petitioner's rights. O R D E R

The petitioner has preferred the present Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the Central Information Commission to pass separate order for each and every complaint and appeal after hearing his forty seven complaints and six appeals in the presence of the second respondent and subsequently, pass an order to the second respondent to pay a sum of Rupees Two Crores to him as compensation.

2. Even though the petitioner sought for disposal of forty seven complaints and six appeals, he has not enclosed even a single appeal preferred by him before the Central Information Commission. Without preferring any appeal before the Central Information Commission, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition is not maintainable and hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
