(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner's life as and when situation warrants by considering the Petitioner's complaints dated 05.05.2020 and 13.05.2020.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaints https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

given by the petitioner have been registered on 20.05.2020 and the same has been taken up for enquiry in C.S.R.No. 309 of 2020.

3. He would further submit that due enquiry would be conducted by summoning the opposite parties and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with the law based on the out come of the enquiry.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
