ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition filed by the petitioners/respondents/plaintiffs as against the order of the learned XIV Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai in I.A.No.10444 of 2015 in O.S.No.7072 of 2014, thereby, allowing the petition for stay of suit under Section 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that pending the C.R.P, on a transfer application filed by the parties, now all the three suits

are transferred to the file of the learned Sub Judge, Kancheepuram and the joint trial is being proceeded with and as such, the original prayer in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as having become infructuous.
