Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records of the 1st respondent in respect of the order in Memorandum Rc.No.1296/NGBV (2)/2013, dated 04.02.2015 consequent to the order in C.A.No.A2/15850/2013, dated 14.01.2015 of the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to give promotion to the petitioner as Sub Inspector of Police without conducting Board Test as per G.O.Ms.No.1055 dated 01.11.2006.
