O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.05.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that, attempt has been made on the life of Mr.Traffic Ramaswamy by a lady, who is said to have brought a "petrol can" for immolating him. Apart from this allegation, there are other allegations that, action should be taken against the Hon'ble Chief Minister of the State and other Police Officials for conniving with the said lady.

4. This Court does not find any material for issuing such a direction. However, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint in respect of the incident to the respondent Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

action taken against the lady who allegedly tried to immolate Mr.Traffic Ramasamy.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
