This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for further two weeks to execute the sureties in Crl.M.P.No.2634 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.28792 of 2022 on the file of Hon'ble Court.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, two weeks time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2634 of in Crl.O.P.No.28792 of 2022, dated 27.02.2023.
