This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.17088 of 2022 dated 15.11.2022 that he shall report before the Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act, Chennai on the first working day of December 2022 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Special Judge.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and charge sheet has already been filed before the trial Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act, Chennai on all hearing dates without fail.
