ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the charge sheet in S.C.No.119 of 2019 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act 2012, Chennai and quash the same is concerned. 2.When this matter is taken up both the petitioner/husband and 2nd respondent/wife appeared before this Court and they reported that they have sorted out their indifferences and disputes amicably and at present both are living together happily.

3.Recording the statements made by both the petitioner/accused and 2nd respondent/defacto complainant, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the charge sheet in S.C.No.119 of 2019 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act 2012, Chennai, is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

hereby quashed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
