Comp. A.No.270 of 2023 Comp. A.No.270 of 2023 in C.P.No.7 of 2015 Krishnan Ramasamy,J., This Company Application is filed seeking the following prayers:- " i) To take the report on record ii) To direct the petitioner "Globecast Asia Private Limited" to intimate whether the dues are settled as per the "Memo of Compromise"

and iii) To direct the petitioner to submit a report as to whether Company Petition can be closed.

2. As early as on 13.06.2016 in O.S.A.No.227 of 2015, a Division Bench of this Court set-aside the portion of the order dated 09.09.2015 passed by this Court and thereafter the matter was remanded back. As on date, expenses of Rs.53,000/- has already been paid to the Official Liquidator. Therefore, there is no role for the Official Liquidator to play in the subject matter and no further order is required in the Company Application.
