the punishment of Postponement of increment with cumulative effects and consequently direct the respondents to grant all other benefits including full pay and allowances.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 10.02.2024 and treat the period between 12.08.2005 and 11.05.2014 as duty period for all purposes as per FR 54(B)(9) of the Tamil Nadu Fundamental Rules and further to cancel the punishment of postponement of increment with cumulative effect and consequently to direct the respondents to grant all other benefits including full pay and allowances. 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of 2/4

the petitioner dated 10.02.2024 and, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
