O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of rejection dated 31.03.2021, thereby rejected the request seeking allotment of house Plot No. 19, Periyathangal (Nerkundram) in favour of the petitioner.

2. Originally, the petitioner had applied for allotment as the daughter of the original allottee. In this regard, already a suit for partition is pending between the family members in respect of the subject property.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the mother of the petitioner died and as such, the petitioner is being one of the legal heir and she sought for liberty to apply fresh allotment. 2/4

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to apply for fresh allotment and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 19.06.2024 Index:Yes/No kv To
