ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the case based on FIR No.1344 of 2016 dated 24.05.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.1344 of 2016 has been registered and is being investigated by the respondent police.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to conduct the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
