ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2024 and include the left out entry of Late Mr.Chellasamy name in the Joint Patta No.362 in S.No.157/10 situated in Keeranur Village, Keelpennathur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 27.02.2024 with a request to include the left out entry of Late Mr.Chellasamy name in the Joint Patta No.362 in S.No.157/10 situated in Keeranur Village, Keelpennathur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, which is pending without consideration.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation 2/4

to include the left out entry of Late Mr.Chellasamy name in the Joint Patta No.362 in S.No.157/10 situated in Keeranur Village, Keelpennathur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
