Respondent Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent for having willfully disobeying the order of this Court made in W.P.No.3532 of 2013 dated 13.02.2013.

ORDER
Alleging that the order of this Court, dated 13.02.2013, made in W.P.No.3532 of 2013, has not been complied with by the respondent, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.
2. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the order passed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ by this Court, on 13.02.2013, in W.P.No.3532 of 2013, had been complied with. He had also placed before this Court
the letter of the respondent, bearing No.3444/epv2/2013-8, dated 27.06.2014, in support of his contention.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate.
4. In such circumstances, no further order is necessary in the present contempt petition. Hence, the contempt petition stands closed.
