The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition had been filed to condone the delay of 197 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.39329 of 2025.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent2 present in Court has no objection provided the Appellant is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 197 days.

3. Accordingly, the petition in C.M.P.No.6914 of 2025 is allowed on condition that the Petitioner as Appellant is not entitled to claim interest for the delay of 197 days.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order and to print the name of M/s. I.Malar as the learned Counsel for Respondent-2 in the Appeal, when the Appeal is listed before this Court.
