ORDER
Ms.V.Suguna, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner is before this Court and learned counsel expresses regret for non-appearance in the previous hearing on 04.07.2019. 2.Notwithstanding the prayer in the writ petition and notwithstanding various averments and grounds made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, learned counsel for writ petitioner abridges the prayer i.e., limits/restricts the prayer and submits that it will suffice if the respondent is mandamused to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2018 and dispose of the same within a specified time frame.
3.Representation of the writ petitioner dated 16.12.2018 is at Page 18 of the typed-set of papers.
4.Considering the innocuous nature of the limited prayer, it may not be necessary to set out facts in detail. With regard to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the factual matrix suffice to say that petitioner relying on certain documents annexed to the aforesaid representation dated 16.12.2018 has requested the respondent to consider assessing an immovable property. It is made clear that this Court does not express any opinion on the merits of the matter owing to the innocuous nature of the limited prayer that has been made today.
5. In the light of the trajectory of the hearing today, Sole respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's aforesaid representation dated 16.12.2018 in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On passing orders, a copy of the order shall be served on the writ petitioner within 7 working days under due acknowledgement.
This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
