PRAYER: The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents to conduct enquiry and take action on the FIR No.124 of 2019 dated 19.02.2019 and final report the concerned Court. O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to conduct enquiry and take action on the Crime No.124 of 2019 dated 19.02.2019 and final report the concerned Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.124 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 448,427 and 506(i) of IPC, has been completed and the final report is made ready. He would submit that the final report will be filed before the jurisdictional Court within a period of three months.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side), direction is issued to the respondents

police to file the final report in Crime No.124 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
