Respondents (R2 impleaded as per order dated 26.11.2014 in M.P.No.3 of 2014) Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent herein in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.1122A/A6/2014 dated 20.08.2014 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the first respondent to issue license to the petitioner in respect of the TASMAC Shop No.9192 situated at Sirupuzhalpettai Salai, Puthu Gummidipoondi, Tiruvallur District.

ORDER

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent TASMAC that the license period itself is over and there is no bar attached to the shop in question bearing No.9192 situated at Sirupuzhalpettai Salai, Puthu Gummidipoondi, Tiruvallur District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.In the light of the above, this writ petition is dismissed.
