This petition has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the sole appellant as appellants 2 to 5 in S.A.No.981 of 2015 and rank them as appellants 2 to 5.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no serious objection.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in view of no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered.
