A.No.2140 of 2024 in O.P.DR.No.23994 of 2024 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J This application has been filed seeking to refund the e-Court fee dated 12.02.2024 in e-Court receipt No.TNCT1226B2454M062 for a sum of Rs.35,500/-, which had been paid by the petitioner and permit to pay the succession duty in the Reserve Bank of India in O.P.Dairy No.23994 of 2024.

2.Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also having perused the affidavit, I am satisfied that a bonafide mistake had happened and therefore, the petitioner is entitled for refund of the e-Court fee paid on 12.02.2024 in e-Court receipt No.TNCT1226B2454M062 for a sum of Rs.35,500/- in accordance with the rules.
