ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall sign before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., unitl further imposed by this Court dated 17.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.31427 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31427 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024 is relaxed.
